How old do I need to be to take part in the activities?

We have activities suitable for all ages from 6 and up. Get in contact to check the minimum age for your preferred activity.

Is there a weight limit for activities?

Weight limit only applies to the following activities:

River bugs
Rafting river Tummel
Rafting river Orchy
Paddleboarding

Are the activities suitable for additional support needs?

Yes. Most of the activities can be tailored to adapt to our clients needs.

Can activities be cancelled because of the weather?

Yes, however it would need to be extreme conditions for activities to be cancelled.

We offer alternative activity options if your booked activity is impacted by the weather.

What do I need to bring along with me?

For all activities, a sense of adventure is essential!

For water based activities:

Swimwear
Towel
Old trainers to wear on the activity

For land based activities:

Warm clothing / Waterproofs depending on weather conditions
Sturdy footwear
Water

Fab half day trip to feed your inside adrenaline junkie! I decided to sign up to the trip solo as I’ve wanted to try Canyoning for a while. I was visiting Scotland for five days and thought this would be a great experience. It actually ended up being just myself doing the activity with Dean who was my guide.The activity was so much fun, we did three jumps into the water from increasing heights, swam through a waterfall and slid down the river through smooth rocks. I felt safe at all times, encouraged, an adrenaline rush and it’s an experience I wouldn’t forget.

Great day rafting Excellent day out. After being let down by another company who cancelled our trip whilst we were on our way. I contacted splash and spoke to a really helpful guy called Kevin who although he thought they were fully booked said he would try and help us out.He called back when he said he would and had managed to squeeze us in at short notice.Both me and my 13 year old daughter had a great time.Both guides were really helpful and fun. I can’t fault this company and would highly recommend 👍👍

Excellent first rafting experience! Booked this as a birthday gift for my partner. What a fun afternoon we had! This was our first time at white water rafting and although the river was fairly tame we had a great day. Deano the instructor was excellent. Very friendly, encouraging to the group, and professional. Our raft were all couples. Despite not knowing each other Deano’s ice breaker games got everyone working together as a team which further added to the experience. Would recommend Splash 100% and will be booking with them again for the higher intensity river rafting experience soon.

Highly recommended company My teenage boys loved this experience! From the start, communication with the company was excellent, with very quick responses to any arising queries we had.Guides were friendly and knowlegable, giving the boys an exhilarating ending to a few days' holiday in pretty Perthshire.Would highly recommend this company, and would definitely use again.

Outta of this world Deano and Frankie were fantastic instructors . They talked us through everything and we felt safe and in good hands at all times . This was the first time my partner and myself had done this and we loved every second of it . The photographer took some amazing pictures and we will cherish those forever .Thanks guys for a memorable experience hope to see you soon .Dan & Claire

fun and great experience Had a great experience at splash from the start the the very end.great guide ( Dean) looked after us and made everyone feel at ease.photos were taken and were free of charge through the website.had a wee dip in the water which was great fun.thanks very much will definetly recommend and be back again.

A Rerr Terr On The River A fabulous morning spent on The Tummel with Stu our instructor There were only two of us in the group and Stu certainly gave us lots of expert guidance on how to get the highest level of enjoyment from our trip. River Bugging is a fabulous, fun activity providing great excitement for all. I can highly recommend this. A great birthday trip for me. Thank you Stu and Splash

A must try in Aberfeldy! It was a fantastic experience with the team at Aberfeldy. Our raft guide Deano was a credit to the company, exceptional chat, and made us all feel safe, whilst providing an unforgettable experience!

Give it a go! Had a great morning out with our group of 4. Dean and Frankie were brilliant, very happy with it all. Definitely worth doing if you're looking for something to do when you're in the area!
