Open Positions

1. Outdoor instructor (Seasonal & Permanent)

Location: Aberfeldy

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead a variety of activities
  • Provide instruction, safety briefings, and on‑water support
  • Deliver safe, exciting, and memorable experiences for guests
  • Maintain equipment and support daily operations

 

What You’ll Need:

  • Experience in delivering a range of outdoor activities
  • Raft guiding experience (IRF qualification preferred)
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • A passion for outdoor adventure
  • Confidence working with groups of all abilities
  • A positive, energetic attitude

2. Photos / Logistics Support

Location: Aberfeldy

What You’ll Do:

  • Transport guests and equipment to activity locations
  • Assist with loading, unloading, and site setup
  • Support the operations team as needed
  • Take photos of clients during activities

 

What You’ll Need:

  • Full UK driving licence (D1 preferred)
  • Reliability and a safety‑first mindset
  • Friendly and professional manner
