River bugging was born in New Zealand, and we’ve brought it all the way here to the UK for everyone to enjoy. It’s intense, fun, exciting and adrenaline-fuelled.

If you’re not wholly familiar with it, River Bugging involves sitting on a small, armchair-like raft with flippers on your hands and feet. You then navigate your way down our speedy rapids here in Scotland. It’s as simple as that! Full buoyancy/safety equipment and training is included.
